- 1to1 Rehab is a comprehensive group of Speech-Language Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Registered Dietitians with extensive clinical experience in adult and paediatric rehabilitation. - Achimota Centre for Children with Autism is the largest centre based Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) program north of the Greater Toronto area. The Centre is a non profit/charitable organization. In addition to offering direct therapy, the Centre also offers workshops and other programs for the community including an After School Program.

- A central referral source and provider of healthcare and personal support services to families in York Region. Provides the School Health Support Service Program to children and youth with special needs in York Region schools.
- Children's Case Coordination of York Region www.yssn.ca
- Provides information, consultation and community case conferencing/advocacy across sectors for children from birth to age 19 who have highly complex needs and their families. The service is hosted by York Support Services Network and supported by a Steering Committee accountable to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. The Steering Committee is comprised of multiple children’s services organizations and parent representatives in York Region.

ChildsPlay is owned and operated by Karen Bryce. Karen is an Occupational Therapist with 14 years experience working with children with neurological disorders. Karen's experience working at Bloorview Kids Rehab and as a community partner has focused on integrating children into life. ChildsPlay has 3 paediatric therapy programs: Intensive, Discovery, and Integration. These programs are designed to offer services that will make a difference in the outcome of children with Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, as well as other neurological impairments. CHILDSPLAY is a private therapy program located in York Region. They offer children with special needs the opportunity to develop the skills necessary for them to integrate into their community.

- Creative Sounds Music Therapy
- Founded by Julie Vanspall, Creative Sounds Music Therapy has been working for the last 3 years in York Region.
Music therapy is the skillful use of music and musical elements by a music therapist to promote, maintain and restore mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Music has nonverbal, creative, structural and emotional qualities. These are used in the therapeutic relationship to facilitate contact, interaction, self-awareness, learning, self-expression, communication and personal development.
Creative Sounds Music Therapy has expanded to better serve all those in need of therapeutic support in the York Regions. Thanks to the expertise of those joining the CSMT team, services have expanded to include lessons such as piano and voice. Together with partners like Children’s Treatment Network of Simcoe York, Creative Sounds Music Therapy will continue to find new innovative ways to reach out to all those in need of a little Music!

- A children’s mental health centre serving children and youth up to 18 years of age, and their families. The organization provides a full range of mental health programs in nine communities across Simcoe County. New Path uses a strength based, family systems approach in its work, using a multi-disciplinary team approach. New Path has developed numerous collaborative agreements with human service agencies across various sectors and enjoys special co-location opportunities with the Children’s Treatment Network. - Funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, CCACSC provides and coordinates community health services to people of all ages. Case managers coordinate services such as nursing, personal support and therapy to assist families to care for children with complex medical conditions at home, as well as support school-age children with health and rehabilitation needs to attend school.
