Our Partners
Currently, Network Partners include over 50 organizations serving kids with special needs in Simcoe and York, including school boards, hospitals, rehabilitation providers, recreationists, social and community services. The Network also works closely with a wide range of provincial organizations that support kids with special needs.
Our goal is to provide a broad range of comprehensive, coordinated care to all kids with multiple special needs in our communities.
