Strategic Plan – The Network’s Future Directions Initiative

As we enter the next phase of bringing the Network system to full implementation, it is critical that we look at our strategic directions to ensure that all priority challenges are addressed and efforts continue to focus on areas that will have the most impact for kids and families.

Early in 2011, we asked everyone across the Network to share their views and ideas. Over 750 families and professionals shared their thoughts through surveys, focus groups, workshops and interviews. Fred Galloway, a strategic planning expert, worked with a Reference Group made up of family members, Network partners and children's services professionals to compile a summary of all your feedback.

Strategic Plan Update

The Stakeholder Consultation Report was used to identify the strategic directions and priorities that will form the framework for the Network's 5-year strategic plan. Once the plan is finalized it will be posted on the website. Children's Treatment Network staff are developing an implementation plan that will include ways to report progress on the strategic directions to all stakeholders.
