Help Plan the Network’s Future

Over the past 5 years, input from families and professionals has been instrumental to the advances we’ve made to bring more services closer to home and create a new integrated single plan of care approach for kids with multiple special needs.

We need your thoughts and recommendations to plan the Network’s priorities for the next 5 years, so that we can continue to build on the progress we’ve made together.
