Network Wins 2011 Ingenious Award
The Network’s Single Plan of Care and Shared Electronic Record received the prestigious Ingenious Award, a national honour that recognizes the innovative use of information technology.

Network Wins Silver at 2009 IPAC Deloitte Leadership Awards
This award recognizes organizations from across the country that demonstrate outstanding leadership by taking bold steps to improve public services in Canada. The Network was showcased as a ground breaking initiative aimed at transforming the services system for kids with multiple special needs in Simcoe and York Click here
Network Named Winner of SickKids Foundation 2008 Rotman Award
The Network was the first organization in Ontario to receive this honour that is awarded to one organization each year whose practices and vision embody the best in paediatric home and community care innovation. Click here
